Drama based on Alan Bowne's
play Beirut, takes place in the decrepit New York City of
the near future, controlled by a fascistic government.
There is a plague killing off thousands of people in New
York in the not-so-distant future. To stop the spread of
the AIDS like disease, a totalitarian government of the
future puts victims of a plague in camps and tattoos them
with the letter "P" leaving them to die.
A rebel named "Torch" leads
a resistance against the evil government and even as he
struggles against impossible odds he wins the love of a
beautiful fellow freedom fighter!!
