The
new Enhanced Category 5e Tooless Keystone Jacks provide
a minimum of 3 dB headroom to EIA/TIA 568-A Category 5e
Enhanced proposed standards. The jacks are designed for
Gigabit Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Ethernet. The least
distance (only 0.25") of untwisted pairs is
maintained by the shortened body design for maximum
performance. The Jacks are tested to 350MHz, and the
termination process takes less than 30 seconds!
Compatible with UNICOM's faceplates, Expandable Surface
Mount Modules and Keystone Patch Panels.
A tool-less modular jack built to
Category 5e specifications. These modular jacks include
a one piece termination cap with an easy to read color
chart that allows the positioning of the UTP (Unshielded
Twisted Pair) cable in accordance with a determined
wiring scheme. The cap is designed with an innovative
built-in strain relief for a trouble-free connection.
This module is the only one manufactured today that
encases each IDC conductor within the jack. This feature
insures a reliable termination the very first time.
These jacks may be wired T568A or T568B!!
